All Caroline's cakes are made to order and uses the freshest ingredients as well as using free range eggs and British real butter.  Layers of moist sponge filled with fruity conserves, curds, rich chocolate ganache's and caramels as well as a silky light buttercream filling, all surrounded with a white or dark ganache and buttercream or a delicious vanilla fondant.

VANILLA & RASPBERRY

Vanilla sponge with a light vanilla buttercream filling and raspberry preserve 

CARROT

My personal favourite, a moist carrot sponge with a light vanilla buttercream filling.

EARL GREY & APRICOT

Earl grey tea infused sponge with a light earl grey buttercream with a apricot compote

TRIO OF LEMON

Lemon sponge with a lemon curd and a light lemon buttercream filling

DARK CHOCOLATE

A rich moist fudge sponge with chocolate ganache and a light chocolate or vanilla buttercream

*salted caramel or cherry compote

ALMOND 

Almond sponge with a cherry preserve and light buttercream filling

ELDERFLOWER & LEMON

Lemon sponge with a lemon curd and a light elderflower buttercream filling
